QI've never played a crane game. Can I still have fun?

Absolutely! Most of our machines are hook-style, which are easy even for beginners. We also have small machines you can play from just ¥10 — a great place to start.
QWhat if I don't know how to play or need help?

Scan the QR code on the machine with your phone to call a staff member right away. Feel free to ask for tips on how to play, too.

Most machines are ¥100 per play. We also have machines you can play for ¥10 or ¥30.
QDo you have change machines?

Yes. They also accept ¥10,000 and ¥5,000 bills.

Sorry, we're cash only. Our change machines accept ¥10,000 and ¥5,000 bills.
Machines & Prizes
QHow many machines are there?
A
We have 164 crane game machines (355 booths): 137 machines / 265 booths in the ¥100 Corner, and 27 machines / 90 booths in the ¥10 & ¥30 Corner. There are also 27 capsule toy machines.
QWhat is a "booth"?
A
A booth is each separate play area inside a crane game machine — a section with its own claw and prizes. Some machines have two or more booths, which is why our 164 machines add up to 355 booths. Each booth has different prizes to aim for.
QWhat kinds of prizes do you have?
A
A wide range: snacks, drinks, fresh food, everyday goods, plushies, figures and more. We plan to announce new prizes on social media (our LINE, Instagram and TikTok accounts are coming soon).

Kids & Age Rules
QIs it fun for families with kids?

Yes! We have a kids' corner, and machines you can play from just ¥10 are perfect for a child's first crane game.
QCan visitors under 18 come in?
A
Yes, but entry times are restricted under a Fukuoka Prefecture ordinance. Visitors under 16 may not enter after 18:00 (after 20:00 if with a guardian), and visitors under 18 may not enter after 22:00. We may ask to see ID showing your age (student ID, My Number Card, driver's license, passport, etc.). If you cannot show ID, we may ask you to leave. We may also check whether a guardian is with you. Thank you for your cooperation.
QWhat if I forget my ID?

Please go and get your ID, then come back. If you can't show ID when we check your age, we may ask you to leave. Please bring something that shows your age, such as a student ID, My Number Card, driver's license or passport.

Yes — we're a 1-minute walk from Itoshima Koko-mae Station on the JR Chikuhi Line. If you're driving, we also have a private parking lot with 300+ spaces.

QWhat are your opening hours?

9:00–23:00, open every day (we'll let you know if we ever have to close).
QCan I eat, drink or smoke inside?
A
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside. There is a smoking area outdoors.
